I will be giving a web seminar this Tuesday that is open to all. It is being produced by the PMI Troubled Projects SIG and sponsored by my own company, Real-Life Projects.
The topic is "What is Failure Anyway?" and I plan to challenge many of the so-called truths about project failure. I believe it is not as common or pervasive as speakers commonly claim, and I know for sure that few people have thought deeply about what they really mean by "failure". This presentation promises to be an eye-opener.
