Le modèle sportif, tout comme industriel, s'inscrit dans un contexte de performance. Les sport individuels et plus encore les sports collectifs, posent la question de la production d'une performance collective.
Lorsque chacun doit contribuer pour sa part au résultat d'ensemble, les énergies peuvent tout autant s'additionner, se démultiplier ou … s'annuler !
La gestion de projet industriel, technique ou informatique fait appel à des personnes avec des compétences variées et des caractères différents.
Comment obtenir d'une équipe projet de se focaliser sur les objectifs du projet tout en profitant de la créativité de chaque individu?
Le problème qui se pose au chef de projet est de même nature qu'entre l'entraîneur et son équipe : comment obtenir une performance de groupe à partir des individualités.
Pour nous aider à réfléchir à ces questions …

The sports model, quite as the industry, joins in a context of performance. Individual sports and more still the collective sports, ask the question of the production of a collective performance.
When each has to contribute for his part to the result of the team, the energies can add up just as much, multiply or nullify!
The management of industrial, technical or computing project appeals to persons with varied skills and different characters.
How to obtain from a project team to focus on the objectives of the project while taking advantage of the creativity of every individual?
The problem which arises to the project manager is of the same nature as between the trainer and his team: how to obtain a performance of group from the individualities.
To help us to think about these questions …
