Ask Employees What Makes Them Happy
Bel article, et pratique pour proposer des définitions associées.
En me promenant j'ai bien apprécié également (http://www.pmboulevard.com/Default.aspx?page=665
Ask Employees What Makes Them Happy:
Ask each employee what will keep him or her in your department/office.
Make a card or note in your computer for every employee’s answer.
Every month, review the cards or notes and ask yourself what you’ve done for that employee that relates to his or her needs.
